Umut Yamac is a British architect and designer known for his multidisciplinary approach, bridging the realms of architecture and light. Graduating from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, in 2009, he established his design studio in 2011. Umut’s focus lies in creating objects and installations that respond to both users and spaces through interactive and playful movements. Inspired by nature, his conceptual ideas undergo a hands-on process in the workshop, playing a central role in project development. In addition to his studio work, Umut teaches and conducts workshops at various design schools, including the Bartlett School of Architecture and Central St Martins.
