As the original chandelier designed for the wildly popular Birds family of light sources, the Birds Birds Birds Chandelier by Ingo Maurer creates a calming influence in any room where the enchanting light display casts its ambient glow. The chandelier pays tribute to the first Edison light bulb by replicating the design of the historical light source. Each bulb is decorated with goose feather wings attached to wires that are easily twisted to create different bird shapes. The rugged transparent or red and blue suspension cable supports each of the frames holding the light bulbs. A US adapter plate is part of the round canopy securely attached to the ceiling.
