And when, during such a process, I manage to be creative in an evidently reserved way, I then touch the purest meaning of my work and frivolity becomes timeless elegance.

Nika Zupanc, born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in 2000. Her work debuted at SaloneSatellite in Milan shortly after. Recognized as the International Young Design Entrepreneur of the Year by the British Council in 2005, Zupanc has since designed for notable clients like Gorenje, Moooi, Francfranc, qeeboo, Ghidini 1961, and Sé. In 2010, she held her first solo exhibition at the Ljubljana Museum of Architecture and Design.
