Product Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accompanying items (packaging, tags, user manuals, etc.).
  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing its original packaging, we will not be able to accept the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

 

Made-to-Order Products

Products that are custom-made to order, based on the customer’s specifications (e.g., specific fabric, color, or finish), cannot be returned. All made-to-order products are clearly marked as such on the product page and in the shopping cart.

  • Please ensure that the product you order is suitable for your space, as modifications or cancellations are not possible once production has begun.
  • If the product is delivered with a defect or incorrect specifications, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] or by phone at +30 28210 20609, informing us about the return.
  2. Carefully package the product and send it to the following address:
  3. 6th km. National Road Chania-Rethymno, Crete
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you regarding the refund or replacement process.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or has been damaged during transportation, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt by calling +30 28210 20609 or sending an email to [email protected] with photos and details of the issue. After confirming the defect, we will proceed with a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package the product for return to prevent damage during transit.
  • For large or fragile items, a specialized courier may be required, and the cost will be charged to the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
